1. Our Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of drdripp.com and retail purchases from DrDripp, LLC ("DrDripp," "we," "us" or "our"). Our legal mailing address is 123 N Orchard St, Unit 4-C, Ormond Beach FL 32174. Contact us at Info@DrDripp.com.

Please read these Terms, our Shipping Terms, Returns and Refunds Policy, Shipping Restrictions and product disclosures before ordering. The shipping and refund policies are part of the purchase agreement. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information; acceptance of these Terms is not consent to unrelated data processing or optional marketing. You accept these Terms when you affirmatively agree to them at checkout, create an account through a process requiring acceptance, or otherwise expressly agree. If you do not agree, do not submit an order or use a feature requiring acceptance.

Retail products are for personal use. Resale requires approval under our Wholesale Terms. A signed agreement controls over these Terms where it expressly addresses a conflicting provision. For approved wholesale purchases, the Wholesale Terms control conflicting commercial provisions; the consumer-specific return and economic-loss provisions do not apply to wholesale transactions.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Our kratom products are available only to adults 21 years of age or older. By ordering, you represent that you are at least 21, can enter a binding agreement, may lawfully purchase and receive the products at the delivery address, and are not purchasing for anyone under 21. If acting for a business, you must have authority to bind it.

We may require age, identity, recipient or address verification before accepting or fulfilling an order. Information must be accurate and belong to the person being verified. An entry age confirmation does not replace verification required at checkout or delivery. We may decline or cancel an order when verification is incomplete, inconsistent or unsuccessful, and refund amounts paid for unfulfilled items as required by law.

3. Destination Restrictions and Lawful Use

Availability depends on the product and delivery location. We ship only to destinations we have approved for the ordered product. Our Shipping Restrictions page explains current store exclusions. Do not use a forwarding service, false address, intermediary or other method to bypass a restriction. Approval of an order does not authorize prohibited possession, use, resale or onward distribution. You must follow laws applicable to your conduct; we retain our own legal and compliance obligations.

We may hold an order for clarification or cancel unfulfilled items if a legal restriction, safety concern or unavailable authorization prevents shipment. We will notify you and provide refunds due. We will not substitute a different product or destination without your consent and the required eligibility checks.

4. Product Information and Use

Review the current product label, ingredients, serving information, storage directions, warnings and relevant batch report before use. Mitragynine content is stated for the particular unit identified, such as one serving, one can, one gummy or one package. A serving may differ from a package. Do not assume that equal milligram amounts across different formats produce the same experience. Follow the approved label directions and do not exceed them.

Kratom may cause dependence, withdrawal and serious adverse effects. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you have a medical condition or take medication. Do not combine with alcohol, opioids, sedatives or other drugs. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Keep away from children and pets. Stop use if you experience an adverse reaction and seek medical care. DrDripp products are not FDA approved. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Website information, product names, reviews and customer-support communications are not medical advice. Do not rely on them to replace prescribed treatment or professional care. We do not guarantee a particular effect, onset, duration or individual result.

5. Accuracy and Batch Information

We work to keep descriptions and prices accurate. Device displays and nonmaterial packaging changes may affect appearance. They do not excuse a materially incorrect ingredient, quantity, potency or other purchase representation. If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will explain it and offer a lawful correction, cancellation or other remedy. We will not ship a materially different product or potency without your consent.

A certificate of analysis applies to the sample and batch identified in that report and the tests performed. It is not government approval, a guarantee of individual effects or a substitute for warnings. Contact Info@DrDripp.com if the report for your lot is unavailable. Our descriptions and disclosures do not promise testing, certifications or manufacturing attributes beyond those expressly stated for the product.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms that we received it; it is not final acceptance. We accept an order when we send a shipment confirmation or expressly confirm acceptance in writing. Before acceptance, we may decline an order for insufficient stock, verification failure, a prohibited destination, a material pricing error, suspected fraud or another lawful reason. After acceptance, cancellation remains subject to applicable law and these Terms.

If we cancel any paid, unfulfilled item, we will notify you and refund its price and associated taxes and charges that are refundable under law or the applicable policy. We will not impose a higher corrected price without your consent. Quantity limits and promotion conditions will be disclosed before purchase where they apply. Future price changes do not alter an accepted order.

7. Prices, Payment and Taxes

Prices are in US dollars. The checkout displays applicable shipping charges, taxes and other disclosed fees before you submit the order. You must use an authorized payment method and provide accurate billing information. We may authorize or collect payment before acceptance; doing so does not eliminate the cancellation and refund protections above. Products are not shipped until required payment and verification are complete.

Payment services may have their own terms. We do not impose undisclosed payment surcharges. Promotional offers apply only under their stated terms and cannot be combined unless the offer allows it. You retain rights to dispute unauthorized or incorrect charges under applicable law; please contact us promptly if you believe a charge is wrong.

8. Shipping, Cancellation and Returns

Our Shipping Terms and Returns and Refunds Policy govern handling estimates, delay notices, cancellation requests, delivery problems and voluntary returns. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly offer a guarantee. We do not reject a consumer nonreceipt claim solely because a carrier scanned the package as delivered or took possession of it.

Contact us promptly about a missing, incorrect, damaged, defective or potentially unsafe product. Do not consume a product with a broken seal, leak or contamination concern. Voluntary return conditions do not eliminate remedies for defects, safety problems, unshipped orders or other rights required by law.

9. Accounts and Security

Keep account details accurate and passwords confidential. Notify Info@DrDripp.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize; these Terms do not make you responsible for every unauthorized transaction regardless of fault or applicable law. We may suspend an account to investigate fraud, security issues, eligibility failures or a material breach. Suspension does not cancel refunds or other obligations already owed.

10. Acceptable Website Use

Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with age or destination checks, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, disrupt the website, misuse payment or promotional systems, or violate another person’s rights. Automated extraction that burdens the website or circumvents access controls requires our written permission. Ordinary public search indexing and activities protected by applicable law are not prohibited by this provision.

11. Intellectual Property

Our trademarks, product images, designs and website materials belong to DrDripp or their respective owners. You may view and use them for lawful personal shopping. Commercial reproduction, resale assets, use of our marks or presentation as an authorized seller requires permission, except where applicable law permits the use. No ownership rights are transferred by accessing the site or purchasing products.

12. Reviews and Submissions

Reviews must describe your genuine experience. Do not submit fabricated, misleading, infringing or unlawful content. Disclose any material relationship or incentive. You retain ownership of your submission and grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display it with the attribution you submit for the website and related product promotion, subject to law. We may format it for display without changing its meaning. Separate permission is required for private information or uses beyond this license.

You may post an honest negative review. We do not condition a reward on positive sentiment or prohibit lawful criticism. We may moderate content for fraud, privacy, unlawful content, threats, obscenity or irrelevant material under consistent rules, rather than suppressing reviews because they are unfavorable. Public reviews are not medical advice or a guarantee of results.

13. Third-Party Services and Communications

Third-party payment, verification, carrier and linked services may have separate terms and privacy notices. A link is not an endorsement of every claim made by that provider. These Terms do not relieve us of duties applicable to services we arrange for your purchase.

We may send communications needed for orders, account security, verification, refunds and product safety. Promotional email or text messaging is handled under the relevant opt-in and opt-out disclosures. Agreeing to these Terms or providing a phone number for delivery does not enroll you in promotional texts.

14. Website Warranties and Product Rights

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND GENERAL INFORMATIONAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE ACCESS.

This website disclaimer does not disclaim product warranties created by an approved description, label or written promise, required product-conformity obligations, or implied warranties and remedies that applicable consumer law preserves.

We do not warrant a particular subjective effect or experience. Nothing in these Terms converts inaccurate product information, an unsafe product or a failure to fulfill an order into a risk you must accept without a remedy.

15. Limited Economic Loss Provisions

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRDRIPP IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR OTHER INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL PURELY ECONOMIC LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. FOR A CLAIM LIMITED TO WEBSITE ACCESS OR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL CONTENT, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE TRANSACTION DIRECTLY GIVING RISE TO THAT CLAIM.

These exclusions and the cap do not apply to bodily injury, death, a defective or nonconforming product, refunds owed, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, unlawful data processing or privacy violations, statutory damages or other liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not restrict your right to recover for a product claim or our failure to supply an accepted order. If law does not permit a limitation, that limitation does not apply.

16. Claims Arising From Intentional Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs to the extent caused by your intentional fraud through the website, knowing infringement in content you submit, or intentional interference with our systems. This provision does not require you to reimburse us for ordinary product use, an honest review, a good-faith complaint or conduct attributable to DrDripp or its providers.

We will promptly notify you of a claim, allow reasonable participation in its defense, and not agree to a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld.

17. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

An event beyond our reasonable control may delay performance, such as a natural disaster, carrier interruption or government action. We will provide required notices and appropriate cancellation or refund options for affected unshipped orders. This provision does not excuse our own failure to comply with law or eliminate payment and refund duties.

18. Disputes and Governing Law

Contact Info@DrDripp.com with your order number and concern so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us is encouraged and is not a condition that shortens a legal deadline or prevents an urgent or legally authorized filing.

Florida law governs these Terms, without displacing mandatory protections that apply under the law of your residence or transaction. Subject to those protections and jurisdictional requirements, disputes will be heard in the state courts located in [COUNSEL APPROVED FLORIDA COUNTY] or the federal court serving that county. You may use a different forum where applicable law permits or requires it, including an available small-claims forum.

These Terms do not require arbitration, waive a jury trial or waive participation in a class or representative proceeding.

19. Changes and General Provisions

We may update these Terms for future transactions. The effective date and version will identify the change. The accepted version governs your existing order unless a lawful requirement or later agreement provides otherwise. We will give notice or obtain renewed agreement where required for a material change or recurring arrangement. Posting new terms alone does not retroactively change an accepted order.

If a provision is unenforceable, the lawful remainder continues to apply, except where law requires a different result. Failure to enforce a provision is not a permanent waiver. You may not transfer the agreement without our consent, except where law allows it. We may transfer it with a business reorganization or sale if the transfer does not reduce your rights or required remedies. Provisions intended to continue, including accrued payment obligations and lawful intellectual-property protections, survive termination.
