Shipping Restrictions

DrDripp offers each product only in destinations approved for that product. State, county and city rules may differ, and a restriction may apply to a beverage, gummy or particular ingredient even when another kratom format is available. Checkout also applies our carrier and verification requirements.

DrDripp ships kratom-containing products only to eligible destinations within the United States. We do not ship these products to the following locations:

States — all addresses within:

  • Alabama
  • Arkansas
  • Indiana
  • Louisiana
  • Mississippi
  • Rhode Island
  • Tennessee
  • Vermont
  • Wisconsin

Counties — all addresses within:

California

  • San Diego County, including the cities of San Diego and Oceanside

Florida

  • Sarasota County

Mississippi

  • Union County, also covered by our statewide Mississippi exclusion

Additional cities — addresses within city limits:

Colorado

  • Denver

Illinois

  • Alton
  • Edwardsville
  • Jerseyville

New Hampshire

  • Franklin

Oregon

  • Ontario

These restrictions apply to retail and wholesale shipments of kratom-containing products.

Additional restrictions may apply depending on the product and delivery location. We may decline or cancel orders that cannot lawfully be fulfilled or that violate our shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order before shipment, we will refund payment for the canceled items and associated shipping charges.

Customers may not use forwarding services or alternate delivery arrangements to circumvent these restrictions. Shipping availability and this exclusion list may change as applicable requirements or DrDripp policies change.

The lists describe DrDripp’s shipping policy. They are not a representation that every excluded location bans all kratom or that every location not listed permits every product. Checkout availability is subject to current approval and verification. If your address cannot be confirmed as eligible, contact Info@DrDripp.com before ordering.

We do not currently ship internationally, to US territories or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Do not use a forwarding address or another destination to circumvent restrictions. A change in law or approval may require us to cancel unfulfilled items and refund amounts owed. Wholesale account approval does not authorize onward sale in a prohibited destination.
